{"id":5,"count":13,"description":"[:pb]A sele\u00e7\u00e3o dos discentes que ser\u00e3o contemplados com Bolsas CAPES concedidas ao Programa ser\u00e1 realizada periodicamente a partir de crit\u00e9rios fixados em Edital espec\u00edfico.\r\nO processo seletivo ser\u00e1 realizado por uma Comiss\u00e3o de Sele\u00e7\u00e3o de Bolsas indicada pelo Colegiado do Curso.\r\nO processo de sele\u00e7\u00e3o de Bolsas CAPES dever\u00e1 observar, obrigatoriamente, os princ\u00edpios constitucionais que regem a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica, especialmente os previstos no artigo 37 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal de 1988, a saber:\r\n* Legalidade \u2013 A Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica deve agir conforme a lei, observando normativas da CAPES e resolu\u00e7\u00f5es internas.\r\n* Impessoalidade \u2013 Os processos seletivos devem evitar favorecimentos pessoais ou conflitos de interesse.\r\n* Moralidade \u2013 A a\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa deve atender aos padr\u00f5es \u00e9ticos de boa-f\u00e9, lealdade e interesse p\u00fablico.\r\n* Publicidade \u2013 Atos administrativos, especialmente sele\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, devem ser devidamente publicizados e transparentes.\r\n* Efici\u00eancia \u2013 A administra\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos p\u00fablicos deve buscar o melhor resultado, garantindo o m\u00e9rito acad\u00eamico.\r\n\r\nAl\u00e9m dos princ\u00edpios constitucionais supramencionados, a sele\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 seguir as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es da CAPES, as normativas da UFMS e o Regulamento do PPGE-CPAN.\r\n\r\n\r\nO Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o do C\u00e2mpus do Pantanal possui 15 Bolsas da CAPES e 2 Bolsas da FUNDECT, via Programa da GCUB, para o curso de Doutorado e 12 Bolsas CAPES para o curso de Mestrado. [:en]The scholarships are granted by the collegiate, based on criteria elaborated by the Scholarship Commission. The following are the criteria for obtaining scholarships:\r\n\r\na) Exclusion criteria (precedes classification and is valid for scholarship maintenance):\r\n\r\n \tStudents who have not delivered final papers of disciplines, within the specified deadlines;\r\n \tStudents with two \u201cC\u201d grades in disciplines;\r\n \tStudents who did not have the agreement of the advisor to obtain the scholarship, facing the consistent exposure of facts that do not indicate the concession;\r\n \tStudents who already receive or are indicated to receive scholarships from other funding agencies.\r\n\r\nb) Classification criteria (sort order):\r\n\r\n \tStudents of the most advanced classes in the course;\r\n \tWithin the class, those who have the highest final grade in the selection process;\r\n \tIn case of a tie, the highest grade of the written examination in the selection process;\r\n \tIf the tie persists, the highest grade of the resume analysis;\r\n \tStill persisting the tie: the oldest student - age group.\r\n\r\nc) Criteria for granting scholarships to working students (CAPES\/CNPq), respecting the provisions of the PORTARIA CONJUNTA N\u00ba 1, DE 15 DE JULHO DE 2010, which establishes:\r\n\r\n<em>\u201cArt. 1\u00ba CAPES and CNPq scholarship holders enrolled in postgraduate programs in the country may receive financial complementation from other sources, as long as they dedicate themselves to activities related to their area of expertise and of interest for their academic, scientific and technological education.<\/em>\r\n\r\n<em>\u00a71\u00ba the accumulation of scholarships from public agencies is forbidden.<\/em>\r\n\r\n<em>\u00a72\u00ba the scholarship holders may engage in paid activity, especially when teaching as teachers in any grade.<\/em>\r\n\r\n<em>Art. 2\u00ba In order to receive financial complementation or act as a teacher, the scholar must obtain authorization, granted by his\/her advisor, duly informed to the coordination of the course or postgraduate program in which he\/she is enrolled and registered in the Cadastro Discente (Student Registry) of CAPES.\u201d<\/em>\r\n\r\nThe above-mentioned scholarships may be granted by PPGE\/CPAN and maintained during the course if: the criteria established in items a and b are respected and the work activity of the master's student does not exceed 20 hours per week.\r\n\r\nIn case of irregularities, the scholarship holder is obliged to return to CAPES or CNPq values received unduly.\r\n\r\nThese decisions were approved at a meeting of the Colegiado do Curso de Mestrado em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (Collegiate of the Master's Course in Education) held on December 18, 2017.\r\n\r\n\u00a0[:]","link":"https:\/\/ppgecpan.ufms.br\/es\/category\/bolsas\/","name":"Becas","slug":"bolsas","taxonomy":"category","parent":0,"meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ppgecpan.ufms.br\/es\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories\/5","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ppgecpan.ufms.br\/es\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ppgecpan.ufms.br\/es\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/taxonomies\/category"}],"wp:post_type":[{"href":"https:\/\/ppgecpan.ufms.br\/es\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts?categories=5"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
